The Healing Arts - Birds of a Feather - CANCELLED

Across cultures, birds have long been associated with life and death. At this workshop, participants will paint and decorate a bird house in memory of their loved ones.

Healing Arts Workshops provide grieving people with a creative outlet for their grief and are open to the community. The bird house, paint and supplies are provided; no art experience is necessary.

Many people say that certain birds apear to them over and over after their loved one has died, which is a comfort to them. Participants are invited to share their stories and memories of their loved ones as they work.

Admission is free, but a donation of $5 is suggested.
