All three homeowners used the services of Cleveland Restoration Society\’s Heritage Home Program (HHP). Founded 31 years ago, the Heritage Home Program provides low interest loans and free housing maintenance and rehabilitation advice.
These services proved useful for the varied renovation projects the homeowners tackled – including a four-story rear addition, front porch rehabilitation, exterior siding and paint, bearclaw tub restoration and modern bath and kitchen renovations.
