Sidewalk Chalk Drawing Contest 2

La Cosecha Galeria is proud to present the “Summer Art Garden: Sidewalk Chalk Drawing Contest 2”, which will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 2:00PM.

Very proud to announce we will have a 1st Place Prize of $50, with 2nd & 3rd Place of $25 (All Ages) and a 12 & Under Prize of $25. Chalk drawings can by individual or team (One Prize per Sidewalk Chalk Drawing).

We get to make a big mess and draw all day! The coolest part is watching the kid’s eyes widen as they make out what I’m chalking, gain some courage and join in. Before I know it, kids are all around on the ground drawing, being encouraged by their friends and family. Such a great feeling!!

Please join us Saturday afternoon, it’s free for everyone to enter or attend. We’ll have music, food and plenty of chalk. Oh, and I’ll be there too, arting some sidewalks and being competitive as all heck to bring out the hidden talent in all! I can’t win, but I can sure beat you!! #yeahisaidit #bringit #challenge 😋

We continue our tradition of encouraging artists to express themselves in ways unthought-of previously. Dedicated to the propagation of all art forms, supporting local, international, emerging or established artists and community arts programs. Now planning an ongoing schedule of exhibits, competitions and produce editions of wide format of events that focus on the benefit of the artists, local businesses, sponsors, and the social community.
