Reaching Heights Summer Music Camp Finale Concert

The Reaching Heights Summer Music Camp Finale Concert is impressive! It is the result of one intensive week when campers, their high school counselors, and professional music educators affirm and reaffirm every person’s ability to learn and work together toward a difficult common goal.

As the campers thrive, the high school counselors and music educators are also learning and growing together. Each day, the counselors receive a mentoring session with the music director and join staff chamber groups to perform recitals for the campers.

Reaching Heights Summer Music Camp allows for meaningful relationships to form among the public school district staff and local musicians. It also sustains the Heights schools’ legacy of musical excellence by adding a positive music and social experience at the point when many students stop studying instrumental music. Then, the Finale Concert brings together an supportive audience to admire the achievements of our 10-15 year olds.
