No Exit Ensemble and Zeitgeist Quartet
Zeitgeist travels from St. Paul to join No Exit for an exciting evening of avant-garde classical music with two brand-new world-premiere works on the program.
Zeitgeist and No Exit New Music Ensemble continue their annual Here and There collaboration in Cleveland with presentations from each ensemble, plus a joint performance.
No Exit will perform works by Kaija Saariaho, Luke Ronderknecht, James Praznik and Rob Kovacs. Zeitgeist will present music by Alvin Lucier and Frederic Rzewski, and the ensembles will take the stage together to perform Shadowgraph 5 by experimental composer George Lewis.
