Neptune Frost

Co-produced by Lin-Manuel Miranda, this Afrofuturist, cyberpunk, queer musical is set in Burundi, where an intersex runaway, an escaped coltan miner, and a hacker collective resist an authoritarian regime.

USA/Rwanda, 2021, Saul Williams, Anisia Uzeyman

But its staggering inventiveness and energy keep it from crashing. Neptune
