Mindful Movement

A part of the Community Wellness Project, this hour long workshop emphasizes the importance of movement for physical and mental well-being for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer, who is supporting a loved-one’s cancer journey, or who has lost someone to cancer. We foster an environment that evokes creativity and engages discussion, allowing participants to connect with each other through dance, while empowering and encouraging self awareness. Our programming was created by our Executive Director & company physical therapist, and can be safely and effectively adapted to any physical ability. We aim to bring joy to the community through movement!
