Dana Lynn Harper is a Columbus-based artist whose Field Guides at The Sculpture Center is a visualization of the “spirit” or “soul” outside of the body, the parts of us that live after death. She holds a BFA in Art & Technology from The Ohio State University, and she was the recipient of The Bunton Waller Fellowship from Penn State University, where she received her MFA in 2013. Harper has been the recipient of an ArtPrize Artist Seed Grant and The ArtFile Emerging Artist Grant, Ringholz Foundation Award, OAC Professional Award and Manifest Prize.
Wade Tullier is a Detroit-based artists whose Good Boy at The Sculpture Center explores the notion of personal harmony and dissonance with the natural world in his ceramic sculptures. His work and process are heavily influenced by storytelling and by being raised within the landscape of southern Louisiana. He holds a BFA from Louisiana State University and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Tullier has exhibited nationally and internationally, with recent and upcoming shows in New York, Miami, Chicago, Detroit, Reykjavik and Munich.
