El Sueño Americano - The American Dream: Photographs by Tom Kiefer Online & Gallery

The Cleveland Print Room is pleased to be exhibiting El Sueño Americano – The American Dream: Photographs by Tom Kiefer online and in the gallery by appointment. Kiefer, A former janitor at a Migrant Detention Center in Arizona turned items confiscated from detainees into art by secretly rescuing belongings destined for the trash, photographing them to honor their former owners. After last year’s Los Angeles showing of this series, Kiefer’s timely work went viral. The Friday, October 23 opening will be online and in gallery at the Print Room by appointment.
