Surround yourself with whatever it is that will support your experience while unplugged from daily tasks and routine – cushions, mats, blankets, bolsters, water/tea and everything else that will help you to feel at ease. Feel free to also include in your space a journal and a pen in case you feel called to reflect on something at some point.
