Dalcroze Eurhythmics: 6- Week Spring Session

Founded on the artistic and pedagogical concepts of the Swiss pianist and educator Émile Jaques-Dalcroze, the Dalcroze approach is a joyful, process-oriented and discovery-based environment for deep learning of musical concepts with the body as the instrument. Engaging activities and rhythmic movement create a playful atmosphere that promotes coordination, balance, spatial awareness, active listening and vocal precision, as well as independent and cooperative learning. Eurhythmics also offers a wonderful preparation for students to begin instrumental study.
