Celebrating Langston Hughes and Lorraine Hansberry!

A night of Poetry to celebrate Black History Month as part of Ensemble Theatre’s “What Happens to a Dream Deferred” series surrounding our production of Lorraine Hansberry’s ‘A Raisin in the Sun’.

A Celebration of the works of Langston Hughes, whose poem “Harlem” inspired the title for Lorainne Hansberry’s play “A Raisin in the Sun”.
You are invited to a free event in the meeting room of the Coventry Library!

We will celebrate Black History month honoring the work of Langston Hughes and Lorainne Hansberry! 6-7:30 with snacks refreshments to follow.
Poets receive a $25 stipend for the following:
