Distinguished Lecture in Chinese Art

Dr. Mimi Gardner Gates, acclaimed scholar of Chinese art and director emeritus of the Seattle Art Museum, will introduce the spectacular Buddhist caves of Dunhuang, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where the earliest and finest examples of Chinese Buddhist art can be found.
