Cabinet Card Workshop with Artist John Carlson

We will begin with a cabinet card, which were popular photographic portraits from 1870 to 1890. Cabinet cards are albumen photographs mounted to a board. We will explore the possibilities of transforming these images using paint, markers, collage and your imagination. The possibilities are endless!

John W. Carlson, is an international artist based in Cleveland. John is a painter and educator and has been conducting workshops and classes in drawing and painting for over ten years.
