Bricolage

Bricolage is an explosion of new fusion works created by teams of creators from different mediums and backgrounds. Musicians, dancers, visual artists, theater-makers, and more team up to make new, boundary-pushing performance for this wildly popular show in MCA’s Mixed Media live arts series.

In Bricolage, four teams of creators are given 6 weeks to meet and make totally original live art, learning new skills and artistic vocabulary while pushing their own art practice and aesthetic forward. The emphasis on collaboration results in truly hybrid performances that highlight the strengths of each artist while also creating the environment for experimentation.
