Bierfest

The Bierfest is an evening of German food, dance, and song. The evening starts with a traditional German dinner of Schnitzel, Spätzle, and red cabbage, and Kuchen for dessert. The adult and children Schuhplattlers and the Sängergruppe perform an intricately produced performance. We integrate courtship, occupational and plattler (shoe-slapping) dances into the show, interspersed with performances by the singers. Following the performance, our guests are invited to kick up their heels to the music of a German polka band.
