Stop by this family-friendly event to learn about archaeology, touch archaeological finds from Northeast Ohio and around the world, and participate in hands-on activities.
Join Shaker Historical Society, Archaeologist Beth Hoag of the Cleveland Institute of Art, Dr. Brian Redmond, Curator and John Otis Hower Chair of Archaeology, of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Master Teacher Rosemary Nemeth of Gesu School, and Dr. Megan Shaeffer of the Summit Metro Parks to celebrate Ohio Archaeology Month! Archeology Day will be held on Sunday, October 16th from 1-3pm at Shaker Historical Society.

Parking is available in the lot behind the museum. Cyclists may park their bikes at racks near the main entrance. Drivers may park facing the garage. A designated handicapped parking space is located near the ADA ramp and entrance. If the lot is full, visitors may park on the north side of South Park Blvd (opposite the museum).
