African American Quilt and Doll Guild Member Exhibition

A collection of contemporary hand made quilts and dolls by the Cleveland based African American Quilt and Doll Guild.

The African American Quilt and Doll Guild was founded in 2006 by three quilters and a dollmaker who wanted to explore quilting as an art form. Thirty-five women met for that first meeting, since then the group is diverse, has grown to seventy members including men. We “teach each other.“

Praxis Fiber Workshop is proud to host an exhibtion of the members’ work from February 2, 2024 – March 17 2024. An opening reception will be held in the gallery on Friday, February 2 from 6-8pm.
