A Piece of Our Hearts: Family Art Workshop

P.A.L.S. for Healing will bring The Puzzle Project for your family to participate in something HUGE. What is the Puzzle Art Installation & Collaborative Project? It consists of thousands of 24″x 24″ artistic puzzle pieces created in more than 20 states and 10 countries. The puzzle pieces are assembled together into a massive jigsaw puzzle art installation. You have a chance to create puzzle artwork in memory of your loved one and add it to this historic collaboration. It is a way for you to express yourself and to tell your loved one’s story with art. You don’t have to be an artist to participate. We will have all the supplies for you when you come but please feel free to bring in anything that is meaningful to your family and we will help you add it to your puzzle piece. Your pieces will be displayed at the library’s exhibit this summer before they are shipped off to join the thousands of pieces in New York. You may also keep your piece and upload photos to the P.A.L.S. for Healing section of the Puzzle Art Installation & Collaborative Project’s online worldwide collaboration.
