1934 Season, The Postseason

In this presentation, we’ll peel apart the many layers of post-season ball, including the NNL playoffs, a couple of famous four team doubleheaders at Yankee Stadium, & a barnstorming tour featuring the most famous pitchers in the country, Dizzy Dean and Satchel Paige.

We are thankful to the Cuyahoga County Arts and Culture Council for funds to support our efforts. We will highlight the best of the presentations in 2024.

The 2024 programs will continue to highlight how these experiences reflect American society and culture in general, to bring awareness to how the past is always with us – to teach us, and to provide inspiration and encouragement to those facing similar challenges today.

Donations to support the community and youth efforts of the Community Cup Classic Foundation are welcome .
