The Ward 5 Festival and Parade celebrates and highlights the re-birth of these proud and historical communities.
With the support of Ward 5 Councilwoman Phyllis Cleveland, the Festival Planning Committee is hosting the Ward 5 Community Family Festival and Parade. The purpose of this family event is to celebrate and highlight the re-birth of these proud and historical communities.
The Ward 5 Community Family Festival and Parade will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at East 72nd Street in the Kinsman neighborhood.

The 14th Annual Festival will “kick -off” at 10am and continue until 6pm. The Parade will start at East 79th Street and Garden Valley Avenue at 12pm.
