Part Time: 12-19 hours per week (3 shifts minimum availability)
Evening shifts: 4:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Seeking outgoing, organized individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills to answer Season Ticket Services hotline and respond to season ticket inquiries and problems. Responsible for processing inbound season ticket requests and inside sales orders, sorting and distributing incoming mail and assisting with Broadway Series mailings.
Rate of pay: $11/hour
Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of current PC hardware and software. Must have prior phone and customer service experience.
