We are seeking a full-time Mail Center Coordinator. Responsibilities include sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail, driving company truck for scheduled pickups and deliveries, assigning duties to Mail Center staff and work-study students, and preparing accounting and summary tracking reports for usage of postage machines and postal accounts.

This position requires at least 2 years prior mail center experience (including bulk mailings and shipping), excellent interpersonal & communications skills, and the ability to physically lift up to 70 pounds. A valid Ohio driver’s license with the ability to drive a commercial size van and comply with general driving standards for insurance coverage is also required.

A working knowledge of Pitney Bowes mailing equipment and general PC skills are a plus.
