Guest Experience Associate

Guest Experience Associates are responsible for ensuring guests have a fun and educational experience at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Daily activities include rotating through key positions ranging from welcoming guests, to educating guests of all ages about fresh and salt water animals, to assisting them in the purchase of a ticket or annual pass to leading school tours through the Aquarium or presenting animal encounters. Part-time position (28-29 hours per week). Must be available weekends.
