Call for Entry: Environmental Impact: Stress, Hope, Transformation

Global warming, overpopulation, extinction of species, and dwindling natural resources are all stress factors facing the Earth, and humanity today. How do we as artists respond to these challenges?

Environmental Impact is a curated exhibition with the goals of presenting a diversity of views and concerns for the environment, and to engage viewers both aesthetically and emotionally as they explore this universally important topic.

This exhibit will be defined by the quality, creativity, and diversity of ideas introduced by the participating artists. We anticipate that there will be artists presenting ideas that are positive and transformational and there are artists who will illustrate the consequences of human industry and activity. We are looking for artists who have a body of work dealing with these issues rather than just singular works.  This exhibition requires a minimum entry of 3 pieces. Studio visits may be conducted after the call for entries is completed to finalize the selection process.
