The Associate Director of Development (AD) plays a critical role in the culture of philanthropy at Beck Center. The AD supports and works closely with the Director of Development, President/CEO, Campaign Co-Chairs and Board of Directors of Beck Center for the Arts. Primary responsibilities include overall management of the capital campaign, stewardship, retention and growth of the donor base, including building and maintaining a Major Gift program. The AD is responsible for achieving specific revenue goals associated with the Capital Campaign, assisting in a variety of development activities and donor relations including identification, cultivation, and solicitation. The AD will assist the Director of Development in managing the operations of the Development program to ensure long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding directorial skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy; a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in solicitation and fundraising, including some level of capital campaign experience; self-motivated, creative, strategic, professional; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and excellent writing, analytical, and research skills.
