Star Anderson

Hello, I am Star Anderson!  I am a singer, poet, writer, spoken word artist and actor.  I began singing privately at age three.  I began performing at age five in “Jesus Christ Superstar as Mary Magdalene.  I first began writing at age nine as a result of a school assignment and haven’t looked back since.  I am currently working on my first book of poetry as well as two novels.  I have continued to take the stage in local productions and more frequently karaoke and open mic competitions.  In regard to my spoken word poetry some of the poems have hooks as I sing as well.   I am also open to collaboration with other poets and musicians.
