Noelle Richard is a queer filmmaker and comics artist working in Cleveland, Ohio.

Noelle has a BFA in Drawing, with an emphasis in Video, from the Cleveland Institute of Art, where they won the Nancy Dunn Traveling Scholarship as well as the Sybil J. Gould Scholarship for Excellence in Drawing. An early version of passing won the inaugural Nunes Family Prize in early 2017. They currently screen films and show work at a variety of galleries and venues locally and internationally.

  • In a near future dystopia, five individuals grapple with their physical and psychological environments. Meanwhile, an omniscient narrator describes a parallel universe characterized by ecological upset and lack of privacy. The boundaries and intersections of these two universes are unclear.
