My artistic background is rooted in photography, therefore, I enjoy painting in a realistic style; bringing emotion, space and composition to each piece. In photography, I was trained to watch for “the money shot”, (the moment that encapsulates the emotion), which I incorporate into each painting. My intent is to breathe new life into mundane, everyday subjects.
