Angela Oster

Angela Oster is an illustrator and cartoon creator. Angela draws delicate monsters and wide eyed weirdies that she shares at local art fairs, comic conventions and galleries. She created and published her comics “The Little Vampire Girl” in 2016 and “Ghoul Yule” in 2018. Angela is an instructor at BayArts and digital communications director at Ohio Citizen Action. She is a 2009 Creative Workforce Fellow and a graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Art.
