Mindful Movement for the the residents and kids at Laura’s Home Womens Crisis Center & Shelter
Joyful mindful movement programming for the adult women of Laura\’s Home, and simultaneous separate programming for their kids to offer a respite to the mothers from their parenting role and a chance to focus on their own mental & physical health for an hour.
