This unclassifiable collage film by a Paris film programmer turned first-time director consists entirely of hundreds of short clips from unidentified motion pictures—mostly B-movies and 70s horror films. These have been edited together to illustrate the filmmaker’s tortured monologue about four miserable months of living alone in a remote French village after the breakup of a relationship.
