All About the Arts

The Board, staff and residents of Front Steps Housing and Services cordially invite you to our Annual Art Show – All About the Art. The show displays the remarkable works of art by participants in our Art Therapy Program. These brilliant visual pieces celebrate their journey out of homelessness and give voice to the feelings and emotions associated with the trauma of this experience.

With funding generously provided by Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County and the Char and Chuck Fowler Foundation, licensed art therapists provide weekly art therapy sessions that include residents of Front Steps and other referring behavioral health organizations. The program is offered to empower positive decision making, foster self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, as well as explore emotional expression and use of art and the creative process as a source of personal growth and transformation.
